Annual Supper

The following relates to the 2017 Annual Supper, which has already taken place.
The 2018 supper is scheduled for March 23rd: further information will be provided in due course, but arrangements are expected to be broadly similar.

The AGM and Annual Supper will be held on Friday 31st March 2017. The AGM will be held from 17:45 to 18:30. As with last year, the Supper will commence promptly at 19:30, and will conclude by 22:00, although the hall and bar will remain open until 23:00. Entrance this year will again only be through the main entrance door, where you will be greeted. The bar will again be open by 17:30.

The cost of the meal will be the same as it was last year, at £22 per head (note this corrects the figure in the 2016 Winter Newsletter). The raffle last year was a significant success and raised over £400 for the Trust Fund. There will be another this year, with all prizes being very kindly donated by members. Details of how to donate are here: Raffle Prize Donations
