The Old Maidstonian Supper for 2010 took place on Friday March 26th 2010 in the school hall. It was attended by almost one hundred members, a significant increase on last year.  Notable was that at least a dozen ex-pupils from 2000 attended; they had spread the word amongst themselves and thoroughly enjoyed their own mini-reunion which continued at certain establishments in Upper Stone Street later.

In order to reduce costs the format was changed this year to an experimental self-service buffet which was extremely well received, not least because of the organisational skills of the President, Tony Webb, who ensured that everbody approached the self service area in an organised and efficent manner!

Round tables were adopted this year too, which was a big improvement on the long rows of rectangular tables in the past.

The Old Maidstonians Annual General Meeting took place immediately before the supper at 6.15 pm.

The OMS Annual Supper for 2011 will take place on Friday 25th March
